A little helpful Q & A about how we work...

Do you provide proof of insurance, etc.?
Yes, we provide copies of our state Contractor's Licenses, local Business License, and Proof of Insurance upon request.
What is involved with an inspection?
Most work involving structural repairs must be permitted and inspected by local building officials. We will obtain all necessary permits and will work with you to schedule all inspections. Almost all permitted jobs will require at least two inspections: framing and final. Inspectors will expect a homeowner to be present during inspections. Building officials don't schedule inspections for a specific time, but they are usually able to narrow down their visit to a 4-hour time frame.
How do you take care of our property?
We tent, put plastic down, wear shoe covers, and leave the entire workspace clean and clear every day.
